Project Description
Strategic Community Solutions and Dunkin Sefko and Associates prepared a comprehensive plan update for the City of Fredericksburg. Located in the Texas Hill Country, Fredericksburg is noted for its natural surroundings, historic character and very desirable quality of life. Ms. Walz served as Project Manager for the consultant team. The plan includes innovative recommendations for livability, land use and transportation. It was adopted by City Council in January 2006.
