Again this year, Strategic Community Solutions LLC has been asked to work with the Board of Directors of the American Planning Association, Texas Chapter to develop the priorities and action plan for the next two years. These Action Plans are structured to set the priorities for the organization as a new President takes office. This November, Heather Nick AICP will become Chapter President, so this is the agenda she and her team will work to implement.

A key part of the process to develop this Action Plan is a workshop for the current and incoming Board members. This year, the workshop was held on Saturday, July 17th at the beautiful new Fort Worth offices of Freese & Nichols, Inc. This shot shows just one of the many discussions and activities during the daylong session.
