Project Description
Strategic Community Solutions conducted two strategic plan update sessions for the City of Benbrook in August 2009. Participants included the City Council, key City staff and members of City Boards and Commissions. The first session focused on discussion of the existing conditions in Benbrook and the issues facing the city. The second session addressed the City’s existing goals and objectives, and resulted in recommendations for update of these goals. In addition to discussion of strategic goals, the project also included community character surveys (at the sessions and online) and electronic keypad polling of participants.
