Project Description
Strategic Community Solutions conducted a leadership retreat for the senior management team of the City of Denton, Texas in May 2008. This 1 ½ day session evaluated current city training programs, created a shared mission for the city organization and strengthened working relationships in a team with many new leaders.
In 2009, Strategic Community Solutions conducted a second leadership retreat for Denton’s senior management team in May, a strategic planning workshop for the City Council in August and a strategic plan development session for the senior staff responsible for Administrative Services in November.
Additional retreats for the senior management team, mid-management leaders and the City Council were conducted for the City of Denton in 2013, 2014 and 2016.
