Project Description
Strategic Community Solutions served as a subconsultant to Jacobs on the update of the City of Frisco’s Comprehensive Plan. SCS provided public engagement, visioning, strategic direction, substantive and implementation assistance to the project. The Comprehensive Plan was adopted by City Council in 2015.
