Project Description
Strategic Community Solutions designed and conducted a Strategic Planning Retreat for the City Council designed to build agreement about priorities for the City and strategies for effective communication and collaboration among Council members and with the community. The retreat produced agreement the approach and action steps for three important overall issues — Quality of Municipal Services, Economic Development, and City-Citizen Relationships. Issues related the the working relationships between City Council and staff, as well as communication with the public, were also discussed and agreement was reached on ground rules for these issues.
