Project Description
Strategic Community Solutions designed and conducted a Strategic Planning Retreat for the City Council of Norman in August 2016. The Council sought to reach agreement on project priorities, as well as establish common ground on communication and interaction among its members. The session resulted in an agreement on direction and priorities.
