Project Description
Strategic Community Solutions conducted a set of strategic planning sessions for the Town Council and senior staff in November 2009. The two sessions included discussion of trends, opportunities and challenges. The participants agreed on a vision and a set of priority areas for focus in creation of a strategic plan and budget.
