Dear family and friends,
Remember kaleidoscopes? You probably played with them at some point in your childhood. You look in one end and see a beautiful pattern of colored light. Then you turn the endpiece and suddenly there is a completely different pattern. That just about sums up 2018 for us – we began with one reality and ended with another.
