Strategic Community Solutions is part of the consulting team led by Kimley-Horn and Associates that is updating the City’s Comprehensive Plan. As one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation and a highly-desirable destination for people and businesses, McKinney seeks to engage its community in an effort that will address the substantial growth and change expected by 2040. SCS provides public engagement, visioning, strategic direction, substantive and implementation aspects of the project.
