University/Berry Urban Village Area Study
Strategic Community Solutions was part of a team led by HOK that assisted the City of Fort Worth in its creation of urban villages. Strategic Community Solutions participated in the team addressing the University/Berry urban village. The firm evaluated urban design issues in this village, secured stakeholder input on these issues and drafted recommendations for zoning revisions, new design guidelines, location of a preferred future transit site and design strategies to connect this station to the University/Berry urban village.
Storm Water Utility Master Plan Update
SCS is part of a team led by Halff Associates charged with reviewing and updating the City’s Storm Water Utility Master Plan. SCS provides assistance with facilitation of sessions for staff and the community, as well as strategic direction and communications recommendations. The new plan is expected to be complete in late 2017.
