Project Description
Strategic Community Solutions was part of a team led by Jacobs Engineering that updated the County’s Mobility Plan. The project, which began in 2012, has produced an updated plan for all modes of transportation in the County through 2035. SCS provided assistance with stakeholder workshops, online communications, and planning policy issues. The plan was adopted by the Collin County Commissioners’ Court in August 2014.
