Project Description
The Indian Nations Council of Governments (INCOG) contracted with Strategic Community Solutions to design and conduct a Stakeholders Retreat as part of its efforts to create a regional transit system plan. Retreat participants included elected and senior appointed officials from area cities, counties, transportation agencies and business organizations. The one day retreat included small group exercises and keypad polling. It resulted in direction to staff and the transit system plan consultant team (led by The Jacobs Group) that has been used to finalize the region’s award-winning plan for investment in public transportation. SCS designed and managed the retreat.
